to cancel or re arrange your appointment you will be charged a call out fee.

If your appointment has been booked "after 5pm" please be aware that "after 5pm" means just that ""after 5pm" not 5.05 or 5.30 our engineers and delivery staff work until 9pm and later. If you are booked in, we will be with you.
There are NO Exceptions to the rule payment MUST be made in full before a further call out is arranged.
